Improved access to employment opportunity by providing appropriate training and stable jobs in "GERMETO" LTD.

The project proposal(PP) of GERMETOLtd will increase the employment rate and will reduce poverty and promote social inclusion by providing stable jobs and appropriate training.The PP describes the company’s aim to provide stable employment to people from the target group(TG)which consists of 40p.It includes 3specific categories(SC),namely:unemployed or inactive p.aged over54 years; unemployed or inactive young p.up to29y, long-term unemployed and inactive.In percent terms the TG represents 50%of the SC.All SC in our TG are unified under several common problems:1)their unequal position on the labor market;2)their need for at least minimum monthly income(MMI);3)their need for stable and permanent employment;4)need for social cohesion;5)their need for adequate training upgrading their qualification and skills.Our PP is aimed to solve all of the above mentioned problems and needs of the SC.Providing equality on the labor market,providing stable workplace,which in turn provides a MMI.The p.from these SC and those not included in them(20p.)will be employed on equal terms without discrimination with respect to gender,age,race,religion and others.This will lead to social cohesion of all p.–the specific TGas well as the rest,as all will be employed at the same company.In summary-the goal of the PP is to provide stable employment to p.between 30 and 54y.,people over 54y.,young p. up to 29 y,and continuously unemployed and inactive p. by an increase in the number of staff in "GERMETO"LTD.The activities which will be implemented to achieve the objectives are:hiring unemployed or inactive p. for a period till 12months;providing access to professional training to already recruited members of staff;access to training to employed personnel through this PP,according to their competency;purchase of equipment,furniture,non material assets and production equipment in conjunction with creation of new work places;organization and project management,information and publicity.
