Creating new workplaces for securing sustainable employment in Klimatronik EOOD

“Climatronic” Ltd. is more than 15 years among the leading companies in the field of manufacture and servicing of ventilation, air-conditioning and heating equipment. The company is a member of the Chamber of Builders in Bulgaria and the Bulgarian Branch Chamber of Mechanical Engineering. The company is certified according to ISO 9001: 2008 and 14001: 2005. In order to develop “Climatronic”Ltd. as a socially responsible company, the realization of this project provides the creation of sustainable employment for unemployed and inactive people by hiring 20 persons. It is envisaged for them to be appointed as "Head shift", "Metal constructions installer" and "Service worker, industrial production". Training for acquiring a second stage professional qualification will pass 18 people. This will achieve the main goal of the project – improvement of the employment perspectives and adaptability to the labor market conditions and achievement of higher levels of employment by creating 20 new work places for unemployed and inactive people in “Climatronic”Ltd. and giving the opportunity to enhance professional competences of the target group representatives. The project includes the following activities: 1. Organization and project management; 2. Purchase of equipment and inventory related to the employment development; 3. Hiring unemployed and inactive people for a 12 months period; 4. Provision of professional training of employees under the project; 5. Information and publicity. Through the implementation of the project activities the following results will be achieved: 1. 20 new jobs in “Climatronic”Ltd.; 2. Employment for 20 target group representatives for minimum 12 months; 3. Purchased and put into operation equipment associated with the creation of new employment; 4. 18 representatives of the target group who have successfully completed the training for professional qualification The project is expected to be fulfilled within 16 months.
