Creation of new jobs in the company "Modna Agencia Miraj" Ltd

The overall objective of the project is to create new jobs and to improve the employment prospects of unemployed and inactive persons in "MA Miraj" Ltd. Vratsa through investment support and provide to the needs of the company vocational training. Through the proposed project it will be provided training and employment of 26 unemployed and inactive persons. The resulting quality education will increase labor productivity of the selected beneficiaries. The equipment planned to be purchased for the project will contribute to increase the production capacity and labor productivity in the company, will create the necessary conditions for the creation of new jobs and will contribute to the implementation of a more efficient manufacturing practice as part of the training. With the implementation of part of the planned activities, this project aims to achieve development of the adaptability of the enterprise and increase the flexibility of the labor organization. Combined all proposed activities will ensure both the quality of education and better training of future workers and in enhancing labor productivity, improve working conditions in the company and standard of living of the beneficiaries. The main activities for achieving the results are: Recruitment and training of beneficiaries Providing employment and purchase of equipment, publicity and management of project, monitoring.
