Creating new jobs in HOI amp; JUST LTD

The overall objective of the project is the creation of new jobs in HOI amp; JUST LTD., on which can be hired mainly young people under 29 years, with the minimum qualification for the occupying the positions. The specific objectives of the project are: 1) Purchase of necessary equipment and furniture for the creation of sustainable jobs places; 2) Selection of the target group for the project and selection of persons for hire thereof; 3) Hiring 10 young people under 29 years on the newly created positions in the company. The project activities consist of the following: 1. Project organization and management 2. Activities for visualization and publicity 3. Purchase of equipment and furniture associated with the creation of new jobs 4. Hiring of unemployed and / or inactive persons The implementation of these activities will help to achieve the following results: - Hire 10 unemployed and / or inactive young people up to 29 years for a period of 12 months; - Purchase of 10 pcs. of equipment and 10 sets of furniture related to the creation of new jobs; - Ensuring cost of occupational medicine for the newly appointed under the project; - Provide publicity on the financing of the activities by the ESF and the contribution of OP HRD. With the implementation of the project the company will be able to provide the necessary personnel to expand the capacity of its activities and strengthening its market positions to ensure stability and the creation of sustainable jobs and will overall result in its transformation into a beneficial and desirable place to work. In addition to the results achieved by the project it will contribute to reducing unemployment by creating new jobs for young people up to 29 years in accordance with the needs and requirements of the local labor market and the implementation of the European Employment Strategy.
