Hiring four unemployed and / or inactive persons and equipment of workplaces through the purchase of specialized equipment and software in the company Printcode Ltd.

Printcode Ltd. applies with this project proposal for the creation of four new jobs in the company, focused entirely on the target group “unemployed and inactive persons”, and in particular to the specific categories of "long-term unemployed and inactive persons" and "unemployed young people up to the age of 29, incl.". The project is expected to result in employment of three persons from the specific category of young persons and one person from the category of long-term unemployed. With the project, the company aims to create attractive jobs for four persons of the target group, thereby meeting the basic needs of long-term unemployed and inactive persons and the specific category of young people, thus enabling them to accumulate professional experience and skills. This will be beneficial for their ambition and will be prerequisite for their future professional and career development. The major outcome of the project is the creation of four jobs in the following positions according to the national classification of professions and occupations, NKPD-2011: 2166-3009 - designer, printing - 2 jobs 2166-3008 - graphic designer - 1 job 3339-3004 - photographer - 1 job The company plans to furnish and equip the workplaces with the necessary desks, chairs, furniture and shared equipment through its own investments, apart from this project. The project plans to invest only in the equipment of three jobs with specialized computer equipment and monitors, as well as the purchase of licenses for the use of specialized software with which the four new employees to work. The project will implement the following activities: 1. Activities for the organization and management of the project. 2. Activities for information and publicity. 3. Purchase of equipment and software necessary for the creation of new jobs. 4. Employment of four unemployed and / or inactive persons for a period of 12 months. 5. Training of recruitments in key competencies.
