Employment of unemployed and inactive persons and equipment of five new jobs in the company CITYTERM SOFIA LTD

This project proposal is designed to create five jobs for the target group of this procedure - unemployed and / or inactive people. It is envisaged that at least four of the newly appointed persons fall within one of the specific categories according to the Guidelines for Applicants, namely the long-term unemployed and inactive persons, unemployed persons over the age of 54 or unemployed young people up to 29 years inclusive. The project aims to provide opportunities to hire five new employee in a company CITYTERM SOFIA LTD. thereby create conditions to meet the needs and problems of the target group. Besides recruitment, the project aims to equip new jobs with special machinery and equipment for the company candidate. As a result of the implementation of this project proposal there will be five employees hired for these jobs according to the classification of occupations, NCOP - 2011: 3115-3005 - engineer-mechanic, cars and trucks - 2 jobs 3119-3016 - technician upholstery - 1 job 3115-3039 - engineer-mechanic, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment - 1 job 3113-3012 - Technician - Electrification of vehicles - 1 job The project will implement the following activities: 1. Activities for organization and Project Management 2. Activities for information and publicity for the project activities 3. Purchase of specialized equipment associated with the creation of new jobs 4. Selection and employment of five employees for a period of 12 months
