“New sustainable jobs in „Mirali” Ltd.

"Mirali" Ltd. plans creation of 8 new jobs for tailors. For a period of 12 months is envisaged providing employment for unemployed and/or inactive persons and creation of at least four stable jobs after the end of the project. For all newly hired persons will be provided vocational training for acquiring first degree of professional qualification in the profession "Tailor". To ensure quality of the new working places 3 specialized sewing machines will be purchased. In order to ensure successful and timely implementation of the project an activity for organization and management of the project is planned. In this context the achievement of following results has been set: 1. Selection and employed under a contract of employment of 8 unemployed and/or inactive (at least two unemployed youths up to 29 years and six persons from the following specific target groups: long-term unemployed and inactive persons, and unemployed persons aged over 54). 2. 8 persons trained in the profession "Tailor", code 542,110, with a total number of 308 training hours. 3. Three specialized sewing machines purchased to equip the newly established working places. 4. Created conditions and prerequisites for ensuring a minimum of 4 new sustainable jobs. 5. Increased production capacity of the company, which will ensure the sustainability of the company's activity and create conditions to multiply the experience, gained within this project to create more new jobs.
