Opening of new working places in "Kemi-R" to achieve sustainable employment and increase production capacity

"Kemi-R" Ltd. is a manufacturer of small wood products with high quality, having their permanent place primarily in foreign markets. Provide products that most fully meet the needs and requirements of users. To achieve these objectives the company has focused its efforts primarily on addressing the following restrictions: 1. Not enough capacity workforce - at the time of application, the average composition of 9 people. 2. Inefficient and under-use of wood 3. Not enough performance to user needs / orders The company expanded its capacity, take on new orders, which necessitates the opening of 34 new working places mainly in production and a small part of the administration. It is envisaged that at least 50% of the employees, they are. minimum of 17 people newly appointed to be representatives of at least one of the two specific categories - (7) Unemployed youths up to 29 years incl. and (10)unemployed persons over the age of '54. Through years of development of its business the company has built the necessary infrastructure - equipment and machinery. Over 20 years the company has been a large enterprise category, has over 300 staff people, many industrial buildings and land, and a large machine park. Passing to the boutique production are not necessary more common production machines in the presence of many such high class. Only invest in machines that so far they are not available and directly necessary for production capacity. Such is described in the draft machine for horizontally cutting, which is the input of the production process and provides a large quantity of wooden components and thus employs other new staff in subsequent stages of production. This will lead to optimization of workflow, increasing the quantity and quality of products, reduce waste wood and faster production unit.
