Boosting employment in the trade sector

The project aims to give a chance to unemployed people up to 29 years old, unemployed over 54 years old and long-term unemployed and inactive people to find their fulfilment in the field of trade in one of the biggest grocery chain stores CBA. With this project, we intend to hire 14 unemployed people that will be employed in different occupations and will develop their skills with a prospect for sustainable employment. The main activity of the project "Boosting employment in the trade sector" is associated with the recruitment of 14 unemployed and inactive people for a period of 12 months; provision of training on key competence 4 - digital competence for 8 of the target group representatives for positions requiring the use of computer peripheral and electronic devices. As a final result the beneficiary intends to maintain the employment for additional 12 months after completion the project activities to at least 50 percent of the target group. The employer will be "Struga 21" Ltd, and the project itself will be implemented in several stages, the first one will recruit the unemployed among the following target groups: long-term unemployed and inactive people - 4 people, unemployed over 54 years old - 4 people and unemployed young people up to 29 years old - 6 youngsters, who will be employed on subsidized employment for the period of 12 months. The place of work will be in Varna, in the chain stores of CBA managed by "Struga 21" LTD. After completion of the main project activities, an internal selection procedure will be held and at least seven people will be invited to sign labour agreements for at least another 12 months. Within the project, it is also foreseen the purchase of equipment for the newly created job placements.
