A New Job at Metalstroy AMS OOD

This project proposal A New Job at "Metalstroy AMS" OOD is aimed at opening sustainable work places in Metalstroy AMS OOD through recruitment of staff, delivery of training for vocational qualifications, as well as purchasing equipment strictly related to the newly created work places. As part of the project ten new work places will be launched, trainings for vacacional qualifications will be conducted and the required equipment purchased to guarantee smooth operation on the part of the newly appointed employees. The target group will include: 10 unemployed and/or economically inactive persons. The aim of the proposed project is to create ten sustainable work places in Metalstroy AMS OOD for unemployed and/or economically inactive persons. The main activities to implement within the project include: 1. Recruitment of unemployed and/or economically inactive persons for a period of up to 12 months. 2. Delivery of vocational training to the individuals recruited for acquisition of a vocation listed under Qualifications Level. 3. Purchase of equipment related to the newly created work places. 4. Publicity and dissemination of information about the project. 5. Project organization and management. Activities are selected so as to ensure the utmost achievement of the objectives, results and indicators included in the project, respectively contribute to achieving the objectives of this procedure for the grant. Following the implementation of the project will achieve the following results: - Ten new work places will be opened for unemployed and/or economically inactive persons; - Equipment required for the operation of the new work places will be purchased; - Will create and improve work habits recruitments; - The social and economic status of the newly appointed individuals will be improved; - The company’s competitiveness will be enhanced.
