New Job Positions in MIVA START, POPOV AND CO

Project proposal drawn up in himself several actions contributing to the development of the company "MIVA START, POPOV AND CO by allowing a total of 16 number of unemployed and / or inactive people to start work. The project implementation will contribute to the partial implementation of two of the objectives of the EU strategy "Europe 2020", namely increasing employment and combating poverty. At least 50% of the newly serve will be one of the most vulnerable target groups - youngsters up to 29 years and / or unemployed or inactive persons with low level of education. The possibility of starting employment through such a project gives motivation of different stakeholders to implement activities of this type in order to develop microeconomics in Bulgaria. Program "New Workplace 2015" will enable the company "MIVA START, POPOV AND CO" to provide a total of 16 jobs for the unemployed or economically inactive persons in the following positions: "Construction Worker" - 10 persons; "Operator, shovels" - 1 person; "Operator, lifting" - 1 person; "Fitter, electrical transport lines" - 4 persons in the construction of electric transmission and distribution networks and telecommunications. The employer complying with the requirements by the operational program will provide extension of employment of at least 50% of newly retained staff at least one year after project completion. To the formation of the new jobs will be purchased new equipment, ensuring security of jobs and the conditions of safety, and contributing to the rapid integration of newly retained staff of the employees will go through modular vocational training and in training Type key competences. Will form a team for the effective implementation of the project. For the purpose of promotion of the project and the program itself will disseminate information on activities carried out during the performance.
