Acquiring New Market Positions by Opening New Working Places at Bestimex OOD

BESTIMEX OOD is a private limited company specialized in the import and distribution of high-tech construction materials. The Company has an administrative office, showroom and warehouse in Sofia, a network of offices and warehouses in Varna, Plovdiv, Burgas, Veliko Tarnovo, Stara Zagora, Vratsa and maintains partnerships with distributors in other cities. The aim of the company to expand the range of the offered products, to improve the organization in terms of import, storage processing, processing of orders, dispatch, transport and delivery to the customer, has resulted in the need for qualified personnel. Given the corporate policy for increased services and acquisition of new market positions, the company feels the need of opening new working places. Creating incentives for employers to create new jobs under this procedure, and the provided internal corporate training will contribute to overcome this problem. This project proposal of the applicant includes: - Hiring 30 unemployed and / or inactive persons, 50% of whom belong to vulnerable on the labour market groups / individuals with poor education and qualifications, permanently unemployed, aged over 54, disabled people and youths under 29/; - Purchasing fixed assets - computers, machinery and storage equipment related to the opening of new working places; - Ensuring sustainability of the jobs created through commitment of the applicant beneficiary to maintain at least half of them long-term; The implementation of this project proposal will not only help improve access to employment for the unemployed and inactive, the quality of the working places and the integration of the most vulnerable groups on the labour market, but will also contribute to enhance the competitiveness of the company.
