A New Employment Opportunity

The project proposal A New Employment Opportunity is aimed at sustainable job creation at BRANDS Management EOOD and purchase of equipment strictly related to the newly created work places. As part of the project eight new work places will be opened and the required equipment, strictly related to the work involved, will be purchased to guarantee smooth operation on the part of the newly appointed employees. The target group will include: a total of 8 unemployed and inactive persons, of which at least 4 young persons no older than 29 years. The aim of the project proposal is: to create 8 sustainable jobs for unemployed young persons at BRANDS Management EOOD. The main activities to implement within the project include: 1. Recruitment of unemployed and inactive persons, of which at least 4 young persons no older than 29 years for a period of up to 12 months. 2. Purchase of equipment related to the creation of the new work places. 3. Publicity and dissemination of information about the project. 4. Project organization and management. The activities are selected in such a way as to guarantee the highest level of achievement of the aims and objectives, outcomes and targets/ indicators set in this project proposal, and respectively, contribute to the achievement of the objectives of this grant scheme procedure. As a result of implementing this project the following outcomes will be achieved: - A total of 8 (eight) new jobs will be created; - Equipment required for the operation of the new work places will be purchased; - The newly appointed individuals will acquire and improve relevant work habits; - The social and economic status of the new employees will be improved; - The company’s competitiveness will be enhanced.
