“New jobs in Dansy Food Ltd”

The integration of one of the most vulnerable groups in the labor market - young people up to 29 years incl. is one of the biggest challenges for the workforce in modern times - the unemployment rate in the country remains above the average for EU-28 (10.0%) and 17.7% youth unemployment. The objectives of this project address the main problem of this group - the lack of qualified and resourced jobs in the labor market, offering opportunities for sustainable and long-term development. The targeted groups are unemployed and inactive persons with educational profile, meeting the criteria for management consultants: Unemployed youths up to 29 years incl. (priority group) and unemployed / inactive people aged above 29. The overall objective of this project proposal is the creation of sustainable jobs for 6 persons in the target group of the position "Consultant in management of European projects." Specific objectives: - Integration of representatives of the target group in the labor market by hiring unemployed and / or inactive persons to 29 years incl. for a period of 12 months; - Resource providing six high skilled jobs for newly employed persons by purchase of office and mobile equipment; - Ensuring sustainable employment to the persons from the target group after the project, by keeping the jobs created for a minimum of 12 months at least 50% of them. Expected results: - Provide employment for 6 persons from the target groups for a period of 12 months; - Resources provided six new jobs for consultants in the management of European projects; - Increased human resources and ensure sustainable employment in the company after completion of the project. Basic activities: Activity 1: Organization and project management; Activity 2: Purchase of equipment associated with the creation of new jobs; Activity 3: Hiring of unemployed and / or inactive persons to 29 years incl. for a period of 12 months; Action 4: Information and publicity.
