Increasing the employment in IT

"Seaside Business Solutions" Ltd. is established with its main activity in the computer programming sector. The management of the company has the ambition to transform it into a leader in the development of applications and web programming, giving the IT market a range of services to help improve competitiveness and reducing the cost of doing business. To enable the software to best meet the specific needs of each organization, not only high-quality programming is needed, but also a detailed extraction of the requirements for the products developed. At present, there is a shortage IT market namely of those employees who successfully communicate with customers, understand their needs, to define requirements for the software product and submit them successfully to the developers, while controlling the outcome of their actions and, if necessary promptly correcting them. Their role in the development process is business analyst. In the current project 6 unemployed or inactive people will be employed on a permanent contract as business analysts, who by the time of appointment irrespective of the presence or absence of previous experience will be involved in the preparation of technical specifications for software products developed by the company. We believe that the most useful approach for training of each new employee is "learning by doing" and therefore after his appointment employees will begin their work immediately. In this way employees will quickly and efficiently enter the field of business analysis and will gain an idea of what exactly their responsibilities and objectives in implementing their duties are. The project involves the purchase of equipment for the workplace, directly related to the funded activities needed to achieve goals of the association.
