Openning of eight vacances for Event organizers

The project plans include creation of eight sustainable positions for organizers of events for unemployed persons. These eight people will be integrated into a real working environment, which will teach them specific practical skills and experience to work in the field of event management, will provide the development of their skills to organize by stimulating their abilities to arrange and organize things, their computer skills, making decisions quickly and taking responsibility. The project implies real involvement of the eight employees in the process of work. They will be affiliated to concrete event-related projects of the firm. They will organize events and will participate in their accomplishment. They will also be involved throughout the working process – from the stage of concept – idea and topic of the event, through the development, accomplishment and final report on the respective project. The employees selected will be expected to have the experience and/or the urge to make a career in a new agency for event management, to be flexible and be ready to work on many different projects simultaneously. The working place may be different but people will be on a full time contract. Most of the events organized will be in Sofia, yet there will be ones in other places like Varna, Plovdiv, Burgas, etc. Computers, media equipment and a car will be purchased to provide for the proper functioning in the working place for the team, so that they can organize and accomplish the activities planned. At least four working places will be sustained for a minimum of 12 months after completion of the project.
