Improving the quality and efficiency of public services for vulnerable groups and employers

The main purpose is to modernize the activities of the EA and providing better services for employers and job seekers. The project will enhance the capacity and effectiveness of EA and its structures in the implementation of active policies on the labor market by helping to develop new or improve existing services. The aim is new services to improve the performance of EA activation and inclusion in sustainable employment, with the main focus on inactive and vulnerable groups in the labor market; It aims to improve the system of monitoring the implementation of active policy on the labor market and upgrade control systems. The following activities are planned: 1. Analysis of current services EA for vulnerable groups in the labor market; 2. Design of new or improved services; 3. Develop a system of criteria and indicators for monitoring; 4. Establishing of organizational and functional changes in the structures of the EA to improve the quality and efficiency of service, as well as monitoring; 5. Improved information provision and technical security for the EA effective work in connection with the changes – provisioning workflows for the introduction of new services; 6. Training of employees of the EA and the territorial divisions for the acquisition and development of knowledge, skills and competences in the new environment; 7. Provision adm. capacity etc. human resources for the implementation of new or improved services for the vulnerable in the labor market; 8. Expand and integrate an information system for competence assessment MyCompetence the activities of the EA and the needs of target groups 9. Researching of imbalances in the labor market at regional and sectoral level. Preparation of analyzes and short-term forecast for the development of labor market regionally and by sector. 10. Ensuring the safe and quality service of citizens and employers in a period of introduced state of emergency situation due to the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19).
