Training and employment for youth

The aim of the project is the integration of youth under the age of 29, incl. permanent disabilities and registered at the Local Labour Offices of the National Employment Agency .through their inclusion in employment and by providing training for vocational qualification and key competences – foreign languages and digital competence. The project implementation will contribute to facilitating the transition from education to employment for unemployed youths who will nevertheless get first or new chance to work, new or improved professional knowledge and skills acquired in the workplace, and the acquisition of professional qualifications and key competences in foreign languages and digital competence (if necessary for the particular employer). The accumulation of valuable experience and opportunities for continued employment for all the reached unemployed youths will help them for their successful inclusion in the labor market. To achieve the objectives and results of the project, the following activities are planned to be implemented: • Informing employers about the possibilities of the operation. Receiving requests from employers for hiring youths in particular/concrete work places. • Designation of representatives of the target groups for inclusion in subsidized employment as well as for inclusion in vocational training or training for acquisition of key competences - language or digital competence (based on application submitted by the employer). • Conducting training for acquisition of professional qualification or key competencies; • Information and directly hiring of youths who do not need to be included in any training.Providing mentoring to those youths for a period of three months; • Employment of people from the target groups to positions within the scope of individual professional groups from 2 to 9 class NCOP 2011, for up to 6 months.
