Sustainable employment by improving the organization and working conditions in "Mayning Invest" Ltd.

The project proposal "Sustainable employment by improving the organization and working conditions in "Mayning Invest" Ltd." is entirely aimed at solving the problems of the company's employees - 57 persons, representatives of the target group and covers the following activities: 1. Introduction of system for human resource development aimed at improving the working conditions of employees in the organization, increasing productivity and introducing measures to protect the environment, constituting the following elements: - Optimization of the existing organizational structure; - Optimization of business processes through adaptation and implementation in enterprise software for human resources management. 2.Encouraging geographical mobility by providing organized transport employees living outside the settlement of employment. 3. Modernization of personal protective equipment and special clothing to enhance personal protection for health workers in the enterprise. 4. Improving conditions for collective protection and safety. 5. Improving the conditions for short-term recreation workers in the undertaking and providing social benefits. 6. Information and publicity to promote the project and the contribution of the European Social Fund. 7. Management and Reporting Project. Planned activities that contribute to improving the working environment in the enterprise, by modernizing management systems, human resources and good and safe working conditions will contribute to the strategic objectives of the Operational Programme for Human Resources Development (OP "HRD" ) in implementation of the strategy "Europe 2020" in the field of employment, combating poverty and social exclusion. All project activities are organized in a way that ensures effective and efficient use of financial and human resources.
