IMPROVEMENT OF SAFETY AND WORKING CONDITIONS IN INTERCOMPLEX ltd

INTERCOMPLEX Ltd. was founded in 1999, our main activities include: • Construction of low, medium and high voltage electricity projects • Production and marketing of electrical equipment, machinery and equipment-low and medium voltage • Engineering, automation and management of production processes, services and facilities. As a company with highly specialized activities, we strive to keep staff with long professional experience and respectively to introduce measures to prolong their careers. The target group included in the project proposal are all employees in the company, a total of 106 employees, 17 of them are over the age of 54. Commitment of management is to keep employment at the min. 50% of the target group for a period of 6 months after the completion of project activities. The project activities include: Organization and management of the project; Information and publicity; Adapting and developing the introduction of systems for the development of human resources in the enterprise and the introduction of innovative models for labour organization aimed at raising productivity and environmental protection through the development of a strategy for the introduction of new systems, practices and tools for the development of human resources and labour organization, on the basis of which to develop software for the management of human resources; Providing safe and healthy working conditions, improving work and health status of employees through the purchase of PPE and protective clothing, and providing means of collective protection. The expected results of the project are: Introduced innovative models for labour organization aimed at raising productivity and environmental protection; Improved working conditions for 106 employees, 17 of them over 54 years of age; Provided prerequisites for the transition to a low-carbon economy that is sustainable to climate change, environmentally sustainable and resource efficient.
