The main activity of the BALKANIKA NUTS Ltd is a wholesale trade of fruits and vegetables.The company was founded in 2012 and quickly established on the market with the wide variety of assortments and products with proven quality.The target group included in the project proposal are all employees in the company a total of 20 workers, 2 of them are over the age of 54.Commitment of management is to keep employment at the min. 50% of the target group for a period of 6 months after the completion of project activities.The project activities include:Organization and management of the project;Information and publicity;Development,adaptation and introduction of systems for the development of human resources in the enterprise and an introduction of innovative models for labour organisation aimed at raising productivity and environmental protection through the development of a strategy for the introduction of new systems,practices and tools for the development of human resources and labour organisation,on the basis of which to develop software for the management of human resources;Providing safe and healthy working conditions,improving professional and health status of employees through the purchase of PPE and protective clothing and specific training of employees;Providing safe and healthy working conditions,improving work and health status of employees by providing a means for collective protection devices-improve the microclimate and ergonomics in the workplace;Providing social benefits for workers with the purchase of equipment to places for recreation,dining,relaxation at the business establishment etc.The expected results of the project are:Introduced innovative models for labour organisation aimed at raising productivity and environmental protection;Improved working conditions of 20 workers;Provided the prerequisites for the transition to a low-carbon economy that is sustainable to climate change environmentally sustainable and using the resources efficiently.
