Improvement of the quality of the jobs and investment in safe and healthy working conditions in "PALFINGER PRODUKTSIONSTEHNIK BULGARIA" EOOD

The project idea is entirely focused on the workers employed in manufacturing of products for material handling equipment, welding components and hydraulic cylinders for cranes. The objective of the project is to improve the work environment and work conditions for the workers, by applying a set of activities and measures for good and safe work conditions. The project is aimed at introducing new systems and tools for human resource development and organization of the work process in the hospital and new processes for safe and healthy working conditions. There are measures aimed at stimulating commuter workers to their workplace and back in order to keep their employment and their specific jobs. The employer will provide, consistent with the work hours and residence transportation, which will increase the level of sustainable employment. A lever will be implemented to strengthen the motivation and the productivity of the workforce and to improve the working environment by investing in multiband package of benefits associated with short-term recreation, the vocations and the catering of the workers. It is planned to conduct training in health and safety at work, which is a reliable tool for human resource development and the prevention of hazards to their life and health. In order to minimize the risk and to protect the health of the employees, personal protective equipment and special clothing for the needs of the employed persons will be purchased and provided. The activities are aimed at providing equal working conditions and preventing any discrimination against various groups of people, and with their implementation the work quality and the access to employment will be enhanced and the labor productivity will increase. The activities are in support of the policy for environmental protection, climate change and the effectiveness of the resources.
