The project envisages the purchase of an information system for human resource development (ISUCHR) with a number of features needed by Monimeks EAD as modern Payroll module, module reports on various parameters of all company employees and distribution and reporting of the work they perform in order to optimize workflow, introducing flexible working time through the electronic reporting combining personal and professional life; the purchase of 9 modern movable containers to be used for recreation, nutrition and sports by the employees of various construction sites in all seasons, as well as purchase of the recommended in the risk assessment and the company program on risk minimization safety equipment for working high in the air and in excavation works - type "rails". It also envisages developing a methodology for introducing innovative models of human resource management and extending the professional life of employees and in particular of 2 persons over 54, which subsequently can be implemented and put into operation within the project. There will also be introduced improved access of one person with disability to his workplace.
