Improving labor conditions and optimization of work in SAV-Razgrad Ltd.

The implementation of this project aims to improve the working environment and to optimize the work in "SAV-Razgrad" LTD. Existing and introduction of new organizational practices, models and systems for human resources management, investing in safe and healthy working conditions and promoting employment in the enterprise aims to provide a more productive, safe and healthy working conditions . The project activities are tailored to the specifics of the jobs potential hazards and risks at work. The opportunity will be used to introduce innovative practices and systems for human resource development in the enterprise, particular emphasis will be placed on employed persons aged over 54 years and disabled persons. The implementation of certification standards for health and safety at work, which will be also provided via this project will achieve a further improvement of the organization of work, a safer working environment and personnel protection from accidents. With the implementation of the project significant improvement of the working environment will be provided and protection for the workers by providing air conditioning equipment for the workshop of the company and the acquisition of high-quality personal protective equipment, specialized clothing and means of collective protection. The project objectives are linked and promote geographical mobility of employees through support for provision of transport where they live outside of the settlement of their employment. Planned activities will have a positive effect on the quality and productivity of the work in "Sav-Razgrad" Ltd., and will contribute to a low carbon economy with the introduction of a modern heating system, which has a low fuel consumption and reduces environmental pollution.
