Good and safe working conditions 2016

This project's main objective is to improve the working environment and the quality ot workplaces in the company, by implementing the following sub-objectives: 1) to introduce a personnel development system, including innovative efficient and flexible forms of work organization and management of human resources, which in turn will improve the quality of workplaces. 2) to ensure better working conditions through the provision of transportation adapted to the work schedule and pace of work and to the place of residence of the employees. 3) to ensure healthy and safe working conditions 4) to provide social benefits. The company meets the eligibility requirements; it is experienced in the implementation of activities similar to those in the current proposal, including successfully completed projects with grants. The proposed project leader has successful experience in projects over ten years to realize more than 50 projects. The representatives of the target group are 856 employed persons - more than 50% of the total number, including people over 54 years of age and people with disabilities. Environment protection meausres are to be implemented too. The total project cost is 314,238 Levs, 80% grant. There are - A1: Development and implementation a system for human resources development - 15,000 lv; A2: Transport - with ind. value 131 922 lv; A3 and A4: Providing safe and healthy working conditions - ind. value - 76 016 lv and A5: Provision of benefits - 59,400 lv, A6: Organization and Management - 29900 lv A7: Information and Publicity - 2000 lv The project costs are effective, efficient and economical; they follow the budget structure and scheme requirements. The project is in conformity with the three horizontal principles of HRD OP. The implementation term is 19 months (but not later than 31.12.2018.). Place of performance - Sliven, BG. It will achieve the performance indicators and results indicator as required.
