Improving the working environment and increase the productivity of labor in Amigo Nova Ltd.

"Amigo Nova" is a company engaged in the manufacture of wood products, including packaging and timber. The company has 29 employees who have the necessary experience and specific knowledge in the manufacturing sector, as well as its own production hall, two workshops for primary processing and assembling materials, sterilization chamber with high capacity, forklift and truck. The company strategy is the continuous improvement of the working conditions, leading to staff satisfaction and sustainable employment, which corresponds with the objectives in the project proposal. The specific objectives of the project are related to the introduction of mechanisms for effective management of the staff, the achieving of individual and collective protection for the employees of the company and achieving high standards of health and safety at work. Activities planned under the project are: - It will be developed and implemented system and software for human resources management, which will be tailored to the individual needs of employees and the company; - It will be implemented new standard for safe and healthy working conditions; - It will be purchased PPE and SROs working in the Amigo Nova, thus increasing the safety in carrying out their work duties; - It will be put dust-removing system for the production equipment and cleaning machine for the workshops and aspiration system will be purchased in order to reduce risk factors in the company and to avoid respiratory diseases and raise the percentage of job protection; - It will be provided transport of persons from the targeted group, thus promoting employment. The planned project activities are set so as to achieve the general and specific objectives of the project proposal, which in turn will lead to increased efficiency and productivity of human resources, which is one of the main problems and needs of staff.
