The candidate is certified for embedded systems management standards ISO 9001 : 2008 , 14001 : 2004 and 18001 : 2007 Human resources are the most important asset of the company due to the need for specific knowledge and skills because of tough competition and the large number of customers The target group included in the proposal are all employees in the company's 19 employees , 6 of them are over 54 years old. Commitment of the management is to maintain employment min. 50 % of the target group for a period of 6 months after completion of the project.
