„Improving the working conditions of employees in Kastamonu Bulgaria AD, by securing the working environment and provide a base for physical culture and sport“

The following project proposal is aimed at improving the working conditions of employees of Kastamonu Bulgaria A.D. by securing the working environment and providing a base for Physical Culture and Sports, through the following activities: 1. Providing means for collective protection from potentially explosive atmospheres by purchasing 6 pcs. mobile devices for vacuum cleaning of wood dust; 2.Providing means for collective protection from fire and explosion through the purchase and implementation of 1 pc. automatic fire extinguishing system; 3. Providing mean for collective protection in emergencies and natural disasters by purchasing 1 pc. emergency notification system for the purpose of evacuation; 4.Providing mean for collective protection from potentially explosive atmosphere and fire, through the purchase of 1 pc. mobile water station for cleaning of particle board; 5.Ensuring of benefits for the employees in Kastamonu Bulgaria, by equipping of a sports hall and recreation, with measures aimed at employees over 54 years; 6.Organisation and project management; 7.Information and publicity. Purchase of new equipment and systems, will lead to the following main results: • The risk of explosions and fires will be minimized; • The distribution of fine particulate in the work spaces will be limited; • It will reduce the harmful effects of exhaust emissions of dust on employee health and the environment; • It will minimize the danger of fire in the riskiest areas; • Eliminating the risk of uninformed employees in case of fire or breakdown; • It will improve the fire safety of the employees. • It will improve the working atmosphere and increased productivity due to the provided respite for the employees; • Creating conditions for extending the working live of employees.
