Improving the working environment in "Sevar" Ltd. by providing good and safe working conditions for employees

The company has many years of experience in construction of buildings. It mainly deals with design and construction and installation and repair works. The main activity is 42.99. Construction of other equipment not classified elsewhere, but there is an additional economic activity - 16.23 Other builders' carpentry and joinery , which is the main activity code of this project. The company has established its name as a reliable partner as well as a loyal employer striving to improve the quality and conditions of employment. The company's goal is to support for active behavior on the labour market, providing healthier and safer work conditions and income with respect to quality and productivity and increase of investments in human capital. The current project aims to create better working environment and quality working conditions of employees in "Sevar" ltd. and priority target groups, people with disabilities and people over 54 years. The objectives set by this project are fully in line with the objectives of OP “Human Resources Development” - improving the quality of life of people in Bulgaria through improving human capital, achieving high levels of employment, promotion of services and strengthening social inclusion. The project includes the following activities: Information and publicity; Forming a team for organization and management of project development, adaptation and implementation of systems for the managing and developing human resources; Provisioning of own transportation organized by the employer to and from the workplace for a period of 12 months; Providing means of collective protection including modernization and / or reconstruction and / or fencing of facilities, processes, machinery and equipment; Purchase of Personal protective equipment and special clothing; Acquisition of OHSAS-18001: 2007; training of 16 "Sevar" employees on specific health risks associated with their individual workplace; Providing social benefits to employees of "Sevar"ltd.
