Providing more - good and safe working conditions in MILKOS-ENGINEERING Ltd.

Company MILKOS-ENGINEERING Ltd. is active construction works.The project aims to improve the working environment in the company's candidate by providing better and safer working conditions, as well as through the introduction of effective and innovative forms of work organization and management of human resources, which in turn will improve quality of jobs directly and will reflect positively on labor productivity in enterprises. Existing and introduction of new organizational practices, models and systems for human resources management, investing in safe and healthy working conditions, and ensuring social benefits of employees in the enterprise aims to provide a more productive, safe and healthy working conditions. The project objectives are linked and upgrade the knowledge of employees related to the individual workplace and acquire new knowledge, coupled with newly introduced project work equipment and technologies. Achieving the intended objectives and indicators of the project will be achieved by implementing the described project activities below: 1.Organization,control and Project Management 2. Development, adaptation and implementation of systems for human resource development. 3.Provide means of collective protection 4.Purchase of PPE and special clothing. 5.Publicity and visualization project 6. Providing organized transport to and from the workplace in MILKOS-ENGINEERING Ltd. 7.Providing benefits for workers in the enterprise 8.Implementation and certification of standard BS OHSAS 18001: 2007; Implementation of project activities will result in the introduction of new processes for safe and healthy working conditions, and will allow implementation of new systems, practices, tools to develop human resources and labor organization in the enterprise.
