Better working conditions in Multiprofile hospital for active treatment "Sveti Pantaleimon" - Pleven OOD.

The project proposal is going to include in project activities 149 employees of Multiprofile hospital for active treatment "Sveti Pantaleimon" - Pleven OOD, 39 of them being over 54 years of age, 17 of them are disabled. The specific problems of project target group identified which the project plans to address are: - optimization of work processes by introduction of flexible forms of employment for better "work-life" balance; - development and implementation of practices aimed at longer employment of older workers; - development and implementation of HR management software in order of better planning and management; - development of innovative organization of labour processes aimed at increase of productivity and environmental protection; - purchasing, delivery and installation of collective protective equipment; - purchasing and delivery of PPE and special work clothing for the workers; - Providing social benefits to employees - dining, recreation and sport areas; - provision of training for the workers regarding the specific health and safety risks, associated with the individual work place and the methods and means for their minimization and prevention; - project organization and management; - information and publicity. The implementation of project activities is going to contribute to the improvement of working conditions at the company and to better ensure workers health and safety. Labour productivity is going to be increased and work-related stress reduced. OHS training for the staff is going to enhance their knowledge and competence regarding OHS rules. All activities plan for specific measures to address the principles of equal opportunity, lack of discrimination, gender equality and sustainable development.
