Health and Safety at Transcapital EOOD

The project proposal comprises the following activities: - Implementation of changes in the organization of work addressing the “work-life balance” problem and enhancing the employability of workers over 54 years of age (changes covering all three types of company operations); - Implementation of an innovative model for the organization of the work for increase of productiveness and environmental protection at the hotels owned and managed by the company; - Provision of social benefits to the workers (related to transport for the employed at Hotel Lion Borovets, access for people with disabilities); - Improvement of working conditions by provision of new PPE which provide higher level of protection, update of collective protective equipment, provision of training for the staff on specific OHS risks, related to the individual work place. - Organization and management activity; - Information and publicity activity; The project target group includes all workers employed by the company.
