The project proposal comprises the following activities: - Implementation of changes in the organization of work addressing the “work-life balance” problem and enhancing the employability of workers over 54 years of age; - Implementation of an innovative model for the organization of the work for increase of productiveness and environmental protection at the Kravenik Plant; - Provision of social benefits to the workers (related to transport for the employed three of the plants of the company; - Improvement of working conditions by provision of collective protective equipment and new PPE which provide higher level of protection; - Organization and management activity; - Information and publicity activity; The project target group includes all 585 workers employed by the company and project activities will be implemented on all four production sites of the company.
