The project "Good and safe working conditions in STEARINOS Ltd aims:" To provide for an effective employment Good and safe working conditions in STEARINOS Ltd." Specific objectives of the project are: 1. To increase the production capacity of STEARINOS LTD, by creating conditions for better and safe working conditions in the company 2. To improve productivity through optimization system for human resources 3. To ensure a healthy and safe working conditions, improve professional, health and social status of workers These objectives will be achieved through implementation of the following activities: 1: Development and introduction of systems of Labour Organisation, management and development of human resources 2: Provide organized transport to and from the workplace of occupants employees of Stearinos LTD. 3: Provision of means of collective protection and safety of existing machinery and equipment to improve working conditions 4: Supply of personal protective equipment and protective clothing for workers in Stearinos LTD. 5: Implementation and certification of the system for the management of health and safety at work; 6: Repair and equipment of recreational, dining and relaxation in Stearinos LTD. 7: Organization and management of the project; 8: Information and publicity of the project; Target group in the project proposal will be included in employment persons in STEARINOS LTD, city of Silistra, which consist of 164. A significant proportion of them are over the age of 54 employees and people with disabilities.
