Improved labor conditions in MIRA KONSULT- RUSE EOOD

The project proposal unfolds initiative to provide good and safe working conditions in the (now) by improving the quality of the work environment, work organization and management of human resources, which in turn reflects positively on labor productivity in the enterprise. The project includes a number of measures for improving the quality and safety of the working environment, as set for achieving general and specific objectives lead to results fully consistent with the objectives and priorities of the HRD OP and scheme "Good and safe working conditions", namely access to safe and sustainable employment in favor of the fight against poverty and social exclusion. According to the needs and capabilities of enterprise project planned activities optimization of management and human resources development, in particular - Practices for easy cooperation of private and professional life of young employees; mechanisms to extend the working life of the project included persons over 54 years of age; flexible forms of employment, planning and recruitment; measures to protect the environment by optimizing production processes and others. Also, the project proposal provides secure working environment and through acquisition and provision of means of collective protection and solutions for improvement attractiveness of the workplace by providing new benefits for employees. All described in the proposal activities are consistent and fully correspond to objectives and the EU strategy "Europe" 2020 for the modernization of public policies and combating poverty and social exclusion through investment in human capital. Achieving the goals will be supported by a team of project management and measures to promote and visualization of results of realization of the activities.
