Good and safe working conditions in Holcim Bulgaria AD

The implementation of this project will allow to be satisfied the need for ensuring adequate mechanisms for prevention of occupational and health risks in Holcim Bulgaria AD. The overall objective of the project is to improve the working environment in Holcim Bulgaria AD by providing good and safe working conditions and effective forms of work organization and human resource management. The specific objectives of the project proposal are the following: - Improve the quality of jobs and extend the working life of older employees / over 54 years / by introducing innovative organizational models - a system for visual management; - To reduce the number of occupational accidents and diseases through the purchase of personal protective equipment and special clothing and collective protection; - To improve the environment protection and improve the labor productivity by creating conditions for more rational use of the resources of the company; - To increase motivation and satisfaction of employees, and the quality of living and working in the enterprise by providing benefits to employees. The selected target group includes all 268 employees. The number of persons over 54 years involved in the project is 43 people. The number of persons with disabilities involved in the project is 18 people. As a result, the project will improve productivity and introduce new practices in social policy and responsibility of the company. Project activities are: organization and management, information and publicity, as well as activities related to the selection of contractors and the development and introduction of a system for visual management; purchase of personal protective equipment and special clothing, collective remedies and perform routine repairs of rooms for eating and recreation.
