Creating a better and safer working conditions in " Metal Micron " Ltd.

Project "Establishment of a good and safe working conditions in a company Micron Metals Ltd." aims: "To improve the working environment in a company micron Metal Ltd.". This objective will be achieved through the following specific objectives: 1. To develop, adapt and implement a system for human resources development. 2. To improve the working conditions of workers through personal and collective protective equipment, special clothing and training for specific health risks associated with the workstation. 3. To protect the results achieved by the certificate BS OHSAS 1800. These objectives will be achieved through the following sequence of activities: Activity 1: Organization and Management of the project activities Activity 2: Publicity and visualization of project activities Activity 3: Providing safe and healthy working conditions by updating the PPE and special clothing Activity 4: Equipment in place for relaxing, dining and recreation Activity 5: Providing safe and healthy working conditions by improving the microclimate - thermal insulation and sound-absorbent screens Activity 6: Acquisition of standard BS OHSAS 18001 Activity 7: Development and implementation of systems for optimizing the organization of labor and human resources development Activity 8: Training employees on specific health risks associated with the workstation. Through the implementation of these activities will achieve the following measurable results: - Progress will be made through the purchase of specific software created for the specific needs of the company micron Metal Ltd. and introduction of a system for managing human resources. - Will reduce the risks to workers' health by improving the microclimate in the enterprise. - Will raise awareness of employees received training provided by their employer who will learn how to reduce the specific risks to their health.
