The main activity of "Sempe 2" Ltd. is purchase, storage and trading of grains and oilseeds. In relation to our commitment to continuously improve working conditions the project has the following objectives: Main objective - improving the working environment at Sempe 2 LTD by providing good and safe working conditions as well as efficient and flexible forms of work organization and human resource management, as well as social benefits. The specific objectives of this project proposal are: - To introduce innovative practices for easier combination of private and professional lives of the employees in Sempe 2 Ltd., extension of working life, better internal communication; - To ensure personal and collective protective equipment/garments and to improve the competencies on specific work risks; - To provide social benefits for the workers. To achieve our obvjectives, we have planned the following activities: - Introduction of flexible working hours, introducing practices for prolonging working life, buying software for human resources management, introduction of innovative system for internal communication. - Provision of collective and personal protective equipment/garments, training for specific work risks; - Repair / equipment for dining and recreation rooms, sports facilities and others. - Organization and Project Management - Information and Publicity The expected results of the project are: - better conditions for the combination of private and professional life of employees and extending the working life of individuals over 54 years, better internal communication; - ensured safe and healthy working conditions; - ensured social benefits for employees; - kept the employment of at least 50% of the target group involved in the project for a period of 6 months after completion of the project activities. - ensured resource efficiency by providing energy efficiency when carrying out refurbishment and buying energy-saving equipment.
