Safety working, mobility and sustainable development

The presented project focuses on a key issue for employers including and management of "Violina" Ltd. related to the introduction of new organizational models and systems for human resources management and investments in safe and healthy working conditions, and ensuring mobility of staff living in other settlements. The project is aimed at all staff of the company - 49 people, 10 of which are beyond 54age and 10 travel from other places and will be implemented in the territory of northwestern Bulgaria, which is among the poorest regions in the EU. Main activities of the project in order to achieve results: 1. improving the quality of jobs in the enterprise by introducing flexible forms of work organization and management of human resources in order to increase labor productivity and environmental protection 2. promoting labor mobility in the company by providing transportation for 10 employees at the company party, which in turn will provide the prerequisites for maintaining their employment 3. The provision of modern, comfortable and reliable personal protective equipment and special clothing set based on evaluation and analysis of risks to jobs for which there are risks to the safety and health of employees and improve management and control of health and safety during operation through implementation and certification standards for health and safety at work, according to BS OHSAS 18001: 2007 4. The provision of social benefits: the purchase of equipment for sport - exercise bike; krostrenazhor; treadmill; rowing machine and massage chair. Own funds after the deadline for implementation of the project will provide post-employment for all involved in the project activities parties. The period of performance is 14 months, during the entire period will follow the rules for publicity and visualization highlighting the contribution of the European Union for the implementation of project activities.
