"Improving working conditions in " Ivanov - 53 " Ltd.

This project proposal is aimed at improving working conditions and risk prevention in the course of daily business activities " Ivanov - 53" Ltd., Vratsa city. The company full-time involved 64 employees of the company , of which 18 persons are over 54 years and 2 persons were reassigned. The main objective of the management of " Ivanov - 53" Ltd is related to ensuring safe working conditions. In connection with the recommendations made by the Occupational Medicine it is necessary to carry out the following activities to reduce the risk when working in the company: - Provision of employees of personal protective equipment , specialized clothing zalegnati the approved list by decree № 3 of 21.04.2001 year. - providing appropriate working conditions. To achieve the above objective and implementation of the measures prescribed by the Occupational Health Service will implement the following activities: 1. Forming a team project management; 2. Providing a good and safe working conditions by purchasing personal protective equipment and specialized clothing. 3. Providing benefits to employees , including the repair and equipping of recreation , nutrition and rest for workers in the enterprise. 4. Providing organized transport to and from the workplace for up to twelve months with details spelled transport scheme , the number of persons route kilometers from where the vehicle goes , the places from which embarkation / disembarkation employees. 5. Providing information and publicity. With the implementation of the planned project activities will achieve the following results: - ensure implementation of the project; - providing the necessary personal protective equipment , specialized clothing; - providing social benefits for workers; - providing organized transportation; - providing publicity for the project;
