Improving the working environment in "MIG-MIROSLAV STOYCHEV" Ltd. by providing good and safe working conditions for employees

The company has many years of experience in wholesale of drinks. The main activity is 46.34 „Wholesale of drinks”. The company has established its name as a reliable partner as well as a loyal employer striving to improve the quality and conditions of employment. The company's goal is to support for active behavior on the labour market, providing healthier and safer work conditions and income with respect to quality and productivity and increase of investments in human capital. The current project aims to create better working environment and quality working conditions of employees in "MIG-MIROSLAV STOYCHEV" Ltd. and priority target groups, people with disabilities and people over 54 years. The objectives set by this project are fully in line with the objectives of OP “Human Resources Development” - improving the quality of life of people in Bulgaria through improving human capital, achieving high levels of employment, promotion of services and strengthening social inclusion. The project includes the following activities: - Information and publicity; - Forming a team for organization and management of project development; - Providing means of collective protection including modernization and / or reconstruction and / or fencing of facilities, processes, machinery and equipment; - Purchase of Personal protective equipment and special clothing; - Providing social benefits to employees of "MIG-MIROSLAV STOYCHEV" Ltd.
