Improving the working environment in "Mastar-pik” ltd. by providing good and safe working conditions for employees

The company has many years of experience in the production and supply of food for specialized public institutions (hospitals, kindergartens, schools, etc.).The main activity code is 10.85 ”Ready meal production”. To remain competitive in the market and to strengthen its position, the company invests in its material bases and in caring for its staff. The company has established its name as a reliable partner as well as a loyal employer striving to improve the quality and conditions of employment. The company's goal is to support for active behavior on the labour market, providing healthier and safer work conditions and income with respect to quality and productivity and increase of investments in human capital. The current project aims to create better working environment and quality working conditions of employees in "Mastar Pik" ltd. and priority target groups - people over 54 years. The objectives set by this project are fully in line with the objectives of OP “Human Resources Development” - improving the quality of life of people in Bulgaria through improving human capital, achieving high levels of employment, promotion of services and strengthening social inclusion. The project includes the following activities: Information and publicity; Forming a team for organization and management of project development, Provisioning of transportation organized by the employer to and from the workplace for a period of 12 months; Providing means of collective protection including modernization and / or reconstruction and / or fencing of facilities, processes, machinery and equipment; Providing social benefits to employees of "Mastar-Pik"ltd. Their implementation will ensure quality jobs and good and healthy working conditions for 101 representatives of the target group. The implementation of the project aims to expand the complex of measures that provide the working environment in the enterprise, which is located in Sofia city, Troyan, Lovech, Pleven and Veliko Tarnovo.
