Improving working conditions, optimization of business processes and improving the quality of jobs in VIKTORS 11 LTD

The project idea is entirely focused on the personnel of VIKTORS 11LTD , working in the field of manufacturing of outerwear. The objective of the project is to improve the work environment and work conditions for the workers, by applying a set of activities, new organizational practices and investments for good and safe work conditions. The project is aimed at introducing new organizational models for human resources management, with emphasis on longer employment for persons over 54 years of age, as well as measures contributing to uniting work, family and personal lives of the employed. There are included measures aimed at stimulating commuter workers to their workplace and back in order to keep their employment and their specific jobs. The employer will provide, consistent with the work hours and residence transportation, which will increase the level of sustainable employment. It is planned to introduce a lever to boost the motivation and efficiency of labor by investing in multiband package of social benefits, associated with recreation, sports and and the rational nutrition of workers. It is planned to conduct training in health and safety at work, which is a reliable tool for human resource development and the prevention of hazards to their life and health. Modernization of the collective protective equipment in the enterprise is envisioned and purchase of equipment to achieve ergonomics of the workplaces in order to reduce the physical tension and increase the productivity of the workforce. The activities are targeted at providing equal working conditions and prevention of any discrimination towards different groups of people. Their implementation will improve the quality of the jobs, the access to employment, and the working conditions and will increase the productivity of the workforce. The activities are in support of the policy for environmental protection, climate change and the effectiveness of the resources
