Creating of quality jobs in "Technoterm Engineering" SJSC

Candidate in this project is "Technoterm Engineering" SJSC. The project is aimed at addressing the identified problems relating to improving access to quality jobs, resulting from lack of sufficient investment in safety. In Bulgaria still job quality measured in terms of labor productivity is low, according to Eurostat labor productivity is about half the EU average (lowest to Member States). A study of the working conditions of European Foundation for the improvement of living and working in Bulgaria 39% of employees (24% EU average) believe that their health is at risk because of their work. NEI statistics showed an increase in the number of accidents this year compared to 2015. Due to the following factors conducting a purposeful policy to ensure safety and health at work is a necessary process associated with the implementation of a set of legislative, organizational and economic health measures. In pursuance of the above, the project envisages making investments in human capital related to improving working conditions, which would lead to the creation of quality jobs, improving the productivity of labor and additional environmental benefits. Successful implementation of the project requires realistic planning of the whole process and balanced distribution of activities at the time of its execution. The activities and their temporal range are bound by targets and are needed for their realization, guaranteeing the expected results and indicators. These include project management measures for publicity, development of systems for the development of human resources, purchase of equipment related to the improvement of working conditions. In carrying out these activities applicant will apply three horizontal principles: equal opportunities and non-discrimination, gender equality, sustainable development.
