This project aims to improve and strengthen the working environment in MAPEX JSC, by providing good and safe working conditions as well as efficient and flexible forms of work organization and management of human resources, which in turn is expected to improve quality jobs and to reflect positively on labor productivity in the company. The project proposal includes a set of activities focused on the target group of 76 employed persons - employees (including 5 employed persons over 54 years of age) as follows - 1. Development, adaptation and implementation of systems for human resource development in enterprises, incl. opportunities for flexible forms of employment in order to optimize business processes focusing on practices more easily combine work, family and private life and extend the working life of older workers (over 54 years). 2. Provide funds to purchase PPE and special clothing related to improving working conditions. 3. Recertified annual certificate acquired standard of safety. 4. Training employees on specific health risks associated with the workstation and the methods and means of their reduction and prevention and training of employees to work safely with newly purchased PPE project and special clothing.
