Higher efficiency by increasing social and health status of employees

The project aims to enhance the working conditions in the "Gea Stroy" Ltd. in several aspects: optimization of business processes, improve safety and health at work and improving the working conditions of employees. Provide several key activities for achieving predefined results in these three areas. 1. buy means of collective defense to secure the worksite of the company; 2. There will be a training for company employees about the risks of their workplace in which there will be assigned part of the measures and policies to protect the environment. 6. Will an information campaign, which will promote financial support of ESF to achieve the objectives and results of the project. This will ensure transparency in the implementation of activities and selection of contractors. Set project objectives and expected results are consistent with the priorities and indicators procedure "DBUT", respectively. OP Human Resources Development 2014-2020. With their achievement will improve access to employment and quality of jobs in "Gea Stroy" Ltd., which is in line with internal policies of the company. The successful implementation of planned activities rely on financial support from the ESF through procedure "DBUT."
