"Bulmak 2005"LTD was founded in 2005. Its main activity is production of metal structures and equipment, repair and restoration activities in the shipbuilding, ship and cabinet work, ship metal equipment installation and repair of power generation equipment; repair, rehabilitation and installation of all types of equipment and installations for thermal power plants, thermal insulation of pipelines; manufacture, supply and installation of power equipment. Currently the company employs 43 people, 13 of them are over 54 years old, and 1 of them is disabled. The company's management is clear about the importance of the human factor in the work process and therefore constantly strives to improve the working conditions of their employees. It is aware that this will increase their performance and motivation to work, which in turn will have a direct influence both on the company's financial results and on the employees' salaries. The following project activities are required: 1. Providing organized transport from the employer to and from employees' workplace for a period of 12 months; 2. Providing safe and healthy working conditions, improving employees' professional and health status; 3. Providing social benefits for the employees, including repair and equipment of rooms for rest and recreation, sport facilities, etc. 4. Project organization and management. 5. Information and publicity.
