Improving quality of employment and minimizing the risk factors in Bonev Ltd.

"Bonev" Ltd. exists on the Bulgarian market since 2007 and its main activity is in the construction sector. The company appreciates its staff, and so it has highly qualified workers who are encouraged to perform and that makes their employment in the company very sustainable. The objectives of this project proposal are related to the improving of the quality of work and minimizing the risk factors through the implementation of the planned activities. The specific objectives of the project are related to the introduction of mechanisms for effective management of the staff to the achievement of individual and collective protection of employees of the company to reflect and will lead to effectively increase the productivity of labor. Formulated specific targets meet the factors determining the level of productivity of employees. Implementing a system for managing human resources will lead to significant optimization of a number of administrative and organizational processes in the enterprise, which will also help to effectively identify the needs of workers in the enterprise. Provided personal protective equipment, special clothing and means of collective protection will provide better and safer working conditions for workers and that directly affects the improvement of the quality of jobs and reflects positively on the productivity. Promoting employment through the provision of social benefits for workers now necessary due to the dynamic competitive environment and retain skilled and experienced personnel is a key priority. Implementation of activities will contribute to the implementation of the development strategy of "Bonev" Ltd. for efficient management of human resources, and to ensure safe and healthy workplaces.
