Better and safe working conditions in "Unikat models" SD

"Unikat models"SD was founded in 1999 in Ruse. Its main economical activity code according to KID-2008 is: 14.13 Production of clothing, excluding working clothes. Currently the company employs 50 people, and the employer has provided safe and healthy working conditions for all of them. The activity is carried out in the company's own base in Rousse and employees working in it have the conditions necessary for the performance of their daily professional duties. However, the company management is constantly striving to improve working conditions for its employees , which in turn will be appreciated by them and will improve the quality of jobs. The company's management decided to apply for the procedure in order to improve the working conditions and increase the quality of the work positions. This purpose will be achieved through the implementation of the following project activities: 1. Project organization and management 2. Information and publicity 3. Providing organized transport to and from employees' workplace 4. Providing specialized working clothes, PPE and improving employees' professional and health status 5. Providing social benefits for the employees
