"TECHNOSTROY - ENGENEERING 99" Ltd. is a company specializing construction, repair and maintenance of roads and road facilities, urban communications and infrastructures around them, forestry activity, production of all types of construction and inert materials. To improve the working environment and working conditions, the company uses innovation in the arrangement of workplace organization and workflow. Through the project "TECHNOSTROY - ENGENEERING 99" Ltd. aims to improve the working environment by providing good and safe working conditions as well as efficient and flexible forms of work organization and human resource management. The project contributes to the introduction of new organizational practices, models and systems for managing human resources and investment in safe and healthy conditions of work for 119 employees. The planned project activities aimed at achieving the main messages of the EU strategy "Europe 2020" - the objectives in the field of employment and combating poverty and social exclusion. Project activities are focused on the target group and are in compliance with the horizontal principles of the Operational program. Providing good and safe working conditions in "TECHNOSTROY - ENGENEERING 99" Ltd., which is the core element of the project, proposal corresponds to Priority 1 within which carries out the procedure "Improving access to employment and job quality". At the same time in successfully implementing the project "TECHNOSTROY - ENGENEERING 99" Ltd. will be introduced innovative models of work organization aimed at raising productivity and environmental protection.
